- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery / Bachelor of Science – Nursing.
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in Karnataka State [should possess valid Karnataka Nursing Council Number]
- Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures affecting Registered Nursing practice.
- Ensures that the quality of care provided to patients is safe, efficient, effective, accessible, and timely and consumer focused.
- Demonstrates competence, confidence and accountability in the safe delivery of patient care. – Minimum 1 year of experience as Operation Theatre Nurse in NABH recognized Hospital
- Job Responsibility To take over the assigned patients from the earlier shift staff nurses with relevant details of the patient.
- To give mouth care and back care 4 hourly when a patient is on the ventilator.
- To collect samples of blood sugar, PCV electrolytes, Blood gas from an arterial line.
- To keep the articles ready to assist the doctor for extubation, dressing, and procedures.
- To inform doctors and superiors immediately in the case of any deviation from acceptable parameters are observed in the patient.
